Working principle of plastic feeder

The plastic feeding machine uses a screw conveyor principle, employing a rotating steel wire spring to transport materials from the storage bin to the hopper. The feeding cycle is controlled by a level sensor, achieving automation.

The vacuum suction principle uses a motor to generate negative pressure, drawing material through a pipe into the storage bin. An internal filter prevents material from entering the motor. The suction and discharge processes are controlled by a mechanical air switch and a sensor switch.
