PP PE Washing Machine

From Laizhou Yuening Machinery, our PP PE Washing Machine is purpose-built for the messy, dirty feedstock that comes with flexible plastic recycling-such as agricultural mulch film, greenhouse sheeting, and woven bags. These materials come loaded with sand, soil, and residual adhesives that basic washers struggle to remove without tearing the film itself.

This machine uses a twin spiral design, with two counter-rotating shafts working the material against textured liners. As the plastic moves through the chamber, continuous water flow flushes away loosened dirt while the controlled friction lifts off stubborn residue. The speed is tuned low enough to keep thin film intact, but high enough to get the job done in one pass. Most customers place this unit right after the crusher, before dewatering, to knock out the bulk of contamination early in the line.

We know recycling lines run long shifts, so we built the frame and internal parts to hold up to constant vibration and wear. The wear liners are replaceable, so you don't have to shut down the whole line just to swap out a part.
