Hard plastic materials pose obvious processing challenges for ordinary granulation equipment, due to high hardness, strong abrasion and thick material texture. Many common pelletizers struggle with insufficient driving force and fast wear on core parts when handling rigid plastics.

Our hard plastic pelletizer is structurally upgraded and reinforced, specially developed for rigid and high-density waste plastics. It stably processes ABS, PS, HDPE, rigid PP, waste plastic pipes, injection sprues, as well as hard plastic scraps from automotive parts and household appliance dismantling.

Equipped with a heavy-duty high-torque gearbox, the equipment provides steady driving force for cutting and extruding thick rigid materials. The whole set adopts nitrided alloy screw and thickened reinforced barrel, greatly improving overall wear resistance. This structural upgrade is critical for long-term processing of filled materials and hard plastics with minor impurities, effectively slowing down component loss in daily continuous production and lowering later parts replacement budgets.

Stable and accurate temperature regulation keeps melting status balanced during granulation. It fully plasticizes hard raw materials without local overheating or material carbonization. Matched with a fine cutting unit, the machine outputs neat, even pellets with good fluidity. Finished pellets can be directly reused for subsequent injection molding and extrusion production, forming a complete closed-loop recycling process.
