Main Application Scope of Plastic Granulators
Waste Plastic Recycling & Regranulation
Process waste plastics such as mineral water bottles, plastic crates, agricultural films, woven bags, appliance housings and packaging films. After crushing, washing, melting, extrusion and pelletizing, waste plastics are turned into recycled plastic pellets for remanufacturing plastic products.
Virgin Plastic Modification
Add additives including flame retardant, toughening, anti-aging, antistatic and glass fiber reinforcement into general plastics to produce engineering plastic granules such as modified PP, PA, PC and ABS, widely used in automotive, electronics and home appliances.
Color Masterbatch & Functional Masterbatch Production
Manufacture color masterbatch, white masterbatch, black masterbatch, as well as defoaming masterbatch, filling masterbatch, antibacterial masterbatch and UV-resistant masterbatch, used for plastic coloring and performance improvement.
Factory Scrap Reuse
Recycle sprues, scraps and defective products from injection molding, film blowing, pipe and sheet production plants, realizing on-site granulation and reuse to reduce raw material costs.
Special Plastics & Elastomer Pelletizing
Produce pellets for thermoplastic elastomers including TPU, TPE and TPR, as well as other special polymer materials.
Biodegradable & New Energy Material Granulation
