Operating procedures for plastic crushers
General Provisions
Article 1. Operators of transfer conveyors and crushers must undergo training to achieve "three understandings" (understanding structure, performance, and principles) and "four skills" (ability to use, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot). Only after passing the training examination and obtaining a certificate are they permitted to operate the equipment.
Article 2. Operators must closely coordinate with the operators of the face scraper conveyor and the transport roadway belt conveyor, using unified signal communication and starting/stopping the conveyors in sequence. If large pieces of coal or gangue accumulate and overflow at the crusher's feed inlet, the face scraper conveyor should be stopped. If large pieces of coal or gangue cannot enter the crusher or if there are metal objects present, the machine must be stopped for handling.
Preparation
1. Tools: Wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, small hammer, shovel, etc.
2. Necessary spare parts: Various shorting chains, chain links, bolts, nuts, crusher safety pins, etc.
3. Lubricating oil, turbine oil
Inspection and Handling
1. All connecting parts of the motor, reducer, hydraulic coupling, head, and tail must be complete, intact, and secure. The reducer and hydraulic couplings should be free of oil leaks, and the oil level should be appropriate.
2. Signals must be sensitive and reliable; do not start the machine without a signal. The spray system must be in good working order.
3. Power cables and operating lines must be neatly hung and free from compression.
4. Coal, gangue, debris, and coal dust from the motor and reducer near the machine head must be thoroughly cleaned.
5. The overlap between the head of the scraper conveyor and the tail of the transfer conveyor must be appropriate.
6. The scraper chain tension must be moderate, and scrapers and screws must be complete and securely tightened.
7. The transfer conveyor trolley must operate smoothly and reliably.
8. When starting the transfer conveyor bridge section, all parts should operate without abnormal noise, and scrapers, chains, and connecting rings should not be twisted, braided, or bent.
9. The crusher and the roadway support at the crusher location must be intact and secure.
10. The crusher's safety protection net and protective devices must be guaranteed to be undeformed, malfunctioning, and safe and reliable.
11. The roadway support at the transfer conveyor and crusher locations must be intact and secure.
Operation and Precautions
Trial Run
1. Connect the magnetic starter handle to supply power;
2. Press the start button two or three times;
3. Start and idle for 1-2 revolutions;
4. Run the transfer conveyor and crusher together;
5. Check for abnormalities and issue a start signal.
6. During operation, the machinery and motor should be vibration-free, the sound and humidity should be normal, the temperature of each bearing should not exceed 75℃, and the motor temperature should not exceed the manufacturer's specifications.
7. The chain tension of the transfer conveyor must be consistent. Under full load, the chain tension should not exceed two chain links, and there should be no chain jamming or skipping.
8. If the fusible plug or shatterproof disc of the transfer conveyor joint is damaged, it must not be replaced with wood or other materials.
9. The safety device of the crusher's protective net should be kept intact and checked frequently during operation. If any damage is found, the machine should be stopped immediately.
10. The tail protection and other safety devices of the transfer conveyor must be ensured to be intact.
11. Move the transfer conveyor.
(1) Clean up loose coal and gangue at the tail end, on both sides of the machine body, and under the bridge;
(2) Protect cables, water pipes, and oil pipes, and hang them neatly;
(3) Inspect the roadway support, and move the transfer machine only when it is safe to do so;
(4) Ensure good contact between the traveling trolley and the tail frame of the belt conveyor, prevent deviation, and ensure good overlap after relocation to prevent large pieces of plastic from damaging the conveyor belt and ensure smooth coal flow;
(5) After moving the transfer machine, keep the head and tail end level, straight, and stable, and retract the jack levers.
