It uses electromagnetic induction heating with over 90% thermal efficiency, cutting power consumption by 30% to 50% compared to traditional resistance wire heaters.

Heating is fast too-from room temperature to working temperature, it only takes about 20 minutes to reach 400℃, twice as fast as older furnaces. That means you don't have to wait hours for preheating; you can clean screens on demand, right when you need them.

Temperature control is another key benefit.

The furnace uses an intelligent PID control system, keeping temperature accuracy within ±5–10℃.

Combined with a double-layer insulation structure filled with high-quality aluminum silicate insulation cotton, heat is evenly distributed throughout the chamber. The shell stays cool, only rising to ambient temperature plus 40℃, so there's no wasted heat affecting the workshop environment. Even large-area mesh plates are heated smoothly, without warping or deformation, which extends their service life and reduces replacement costs.

This furnace is primarily used for cleaning filter screens and mold head meshes in plastic recycling granulators.
