During operation, built-in fans draw dust and fine particles into sealed dust bags, keeping the working area clean and reducing dust exposure for operators. Unlike traditional manual cleaning equipment, this model uses electronic sensing to automatically adjust screen position, so workers do not need to repeatedly re-align screens during continuous use.

Powered by a 4kW motor and compatible with 380V three-phase power, the unit is built for long hours of daily operation in plastic processing workshops. Its heavy-duty frame and wear-resistant components ensure consistent performance under frequent use, making it a practical auxiliary machine for granulation and extrusion lines.
