Introduction to Plastic Crusher
A plastic crusher, also known as a plastic shredder, is primarily used for crushing various plastics and rubbers, such as plastic profiles, pipes, rods, filaments, films, and waste rubber products. The granules can be directly fed into extruders or injection molding machines, or recycled through basic granulation. Another type of plastic crusher is used as peripheral equipment for injection molding machines, crushing and recycling defective products and sprues generated by the injection molding machine.
Plastic crushers are used for crushing waste plastics and factory plastic scraps. They are widely used in waste plastic recycling and the reuse of factory scraps. The motor power of a plastic crusher ranges from 3.5 to 150 kilowatts, and the cutter roller speed is generally between 150 and 500 rpm. Structurally, there are tangential feeding and top feeding types; the cutter rollers are available in solid and hollow versions.
