Plastic Grain Cutting Machine

Our Plastic Grain Cutting Machine was developed specifically for plastic recycling production lines, to cut extruded plastic strips into uniform granules for later packaging or reprocessing. Built with practical workshop conditions in mind, this series of cutters provides stable performance for long-hour daily use.

We provide three standard models: Type180, Type200 and Type220, each with hardened cutting blades and adjustable running speed. This allows the machine to match different extrusion speeds and output requirements, ensuring finished pellets stay neat and consistent in size.

All models operate on 380V three-phase power commonly used in plastic recycling factories, with motor power ranging from 3kW to 5.5kW. The compact structure makes installation easy in most existing pelletizing lines without taking up excessive space. The cutter works smoothly with PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, ABS and most other thermoplastic materials.

Operation and daily maintenance are both simple. Blades are the main wearing parts and can be quickly removed, sharpened or replaced when needed. With low noise and stable running performance, this Plastic Grain Cutting Machine has become a common auxiliary equipment for small and medium-sized recycling plants.
