Application scenarios and industry standards for plastic cleaning equipment

In terms of application scenarios, plastic cleaning equipment can be subdivided according to the different objects being cleaned. For example, for cleaning plastic granules, high-speed rotating cleaning drums are typically used in conjunction with water flow and cleaning agents to achieve efficient cleaning; while for cleaning plastic sheets or films, conveyor belt cleaning lines may be used, employing multiple cleaning processes to ensure cleaning effectiveness. Furthermore, for recycled waste plastics, the cleaning equipment must also have functions such as crushing and sorting to remove impurities such as metal and paper.

Regarding industry standards, plastic cleaning equipment must meet relevant environmental and safety requirements. For example, wastewater generated during the cleaning process must be treated to meet discharge standards; the equipment itself must have safety measures such as leakage prevention and explosion prevention to ensure the safety of operators. At the same time, the cleaning effect of the equipment is also an important indicator for evaluating its performance, usually assessed through parameters such as the cleanliness of the cleaned plastic surface and the impurity content.
