Wet recycled materials enter from the feeding opening and are steadily pushed forward by internal spiral blades during normal operation. The main spindle runs stably within 900-1500r/min, generating strong centrifugal force to shake off surface moisture and attached sewage. All water is separated through dense screen holes and discharged from the bottom drainage port, while the dried materials are continuously transported by the spiral structure and automatically lifted to complete stable discharging, connecting smoothly with downstream equipment.

This unit is widely used for processing PET bottle flakes, PE and PP films, various hard plastic scraps and industrial woven bags. After crushing, fine washing and sewage cleaning, materials can be directly sent to this machine for rapid dehydration and automatic conveying. The whole process runs continuously without frequent manual intervention, which is very suitable for long-hour, stable production demands in medium and small recycling workshops.

The actual dehydration rate can reach 95% to 98%, which greatly cuts extra drying costs and reduces moisture residue in finished plastics. Designed with integrated feeding, dewatering and discharging functions, it helps factories reduce extra conveying equipment and labor input. The hourly processing capacity ranges from 300kg to 1000kg, matching most conventional small and medium-scale crushing and washing line layouts.

Different from overly complicated industrial equipment, this dehydration and lifting structure adopts single power drive, making daily operation and on-site maintenance much easier. All parts that directly contact wet materials and corrosive sewage are made of stainless steel, effectively resisting wear, corrosion and long-term frequent use in harsh wet workshop environments.
