The Principle Of A Plastic Dryer
The air blown by the drying fan is heated to a high temperature and then evenly distributed within the drying drum to dry the raw materials. An optional hot air recovery device can be added, allowing the blown air to pass through a return air filter before returning to the drying fan, forming a closed-loop circulation system.
Plastic dryers can be categorized into hot air drying and dehumidification drying types based on their drying principles. Hot air drying removes moisture from raw materials by heating air to create dry, hot air; dehumidification drying utilizes a dehumidifying impeller to adsorb and desorb moisture, generating low-dew-point dry air for circulating drying.
