What Is The Working Principle Of A Friction Cleaning Machine?

Equipment Composition: Friction cleaning machines typically consist of a motor, transmission system, friction wheels or brushes, cleaning tank, water spray system, and other auxiliary components. The friction wheels or brushes are usually made of high-hardness materials, such as carbon fiber or nylon, to effectively abrade hard surfaces.

Power Transmission: The motor transmits power to the friction wheels or brushes via the transmission system, causing them to rotate at high speed. The speed can typically reach thousands of revolutions per minute, providing the necessary power for the cleaning process.

Friction Cleaning: The objects to be cleaned are placed in the cleaning tank. As the friction wheels or brushes rotate at high speed, they contact the object's surface, generating friction. This friction breaks down the structure of stains and impurities, causing them to loosen or detach from the object's surface.

Water Spray System: The water spray system sprays an appropriate amount of cleaning agent or water onto the object's surface during the cleaning process. The cleaning agent reacts chemically with the stains and impurities, helping to accelerate the cleaning process. Simultaneously, rinsing with water further removes residue, ensuring the object's surface remains clean.

Material Separation and Waste Discharge: High-speed friction washer machines for processing waste plastic film, woven bags, and other materials may also be equipped with filters, wastewater discharge ports, and other components. The high-speed rotating screw causes the material, carrying water, to rub against each other, separating impurities (dust, dirt, sand, etc.) from the material surface. The material is then rinsed clean with water and discharged through the wastewater discharge port.

Control System: The washer's control system is responsible for adjusting the operating parameters of the entire cleaning process, such as rotation speed, water spray volume, and cleaning time, to ensure optimal cleaning effect and efficiency.
