Gear Screen Filter Changer

At Laizhou Yuening Machinery, we build gear screen filter changers specifically for plastic granulators and extruders. We keep three standard sizes on hand to match common granulator models:

• Type300/360: 130kg weight, 2.2–6kW motor power
• Type430/350: 215kg weight, 3–6kW motor power (including the standard 430 type with 1000×600×1000mm dimensions)
• Type530: 350kg weight, 5.5–6kW motor power

These are sized to fit most existing granulators without major modifications, so you can swap them in quickly when you need a replacement or upgrade.

In daily use, these changers are mostly found on plastic recycling granulators, where they filter out contaminants to keep the melt clean. They work with both hydraulic and gear mold heads, and they're built to work with the non-stop operation most recycling lines rely on. For many of our customers, this simple upgrade cuts their downtime from screen changes by hours a week.
