Most industrial plastic crushers run at a steady 800 r/min - fast enough for clean shearing, not so fast that it melts thin-wall PET or wastes energy. A well-designed rotor keeps material engaged with the blades instead of letting it bounce in the chamber, which is where a lot of "low efficiency" complaints actually come from.

A crusher that vibrates loses energy - and blades. Equally important is spare-part availability: a manufacturer that stocks replacement blades and wear parts locally (or ships fast) keeps downtime to days, not weeks. Look for a written warranty and a clear after-sales response time before you commit.
