How To Maintain Plastic Crusher Correctly
1. Daily Cleaning Work
After each shift, clean residual plastic materials inside the crushing cavity. Remove plastic scraps stuck on blades and screen mesh to avoid blockage. Check the feeding inlet for foreign hard objects like metal blocks which may damage cutting knives.
2. Blade Inspection & Adjustment
Check blade tightness every day. Loose blades will cause vibration and uneven cutting. Sharpen or replace blunt blades timely to guarantee uniform plastic particle size. Keep the gap between movable and fixed blades within standard range.
3. Lubrication for Moving Parts
Add high-temperature lubricating grease to bearing parts weekly. Lack of lubrication leads to high heat and bearing burning. Do not mix different types of grease to prevent chemical reaction.
4. Electrical System Check
Inspect wires, motor and control switch monthly. Clean dust accumulated on the motor surface to ensure heat dissipation. Stop the machine immediately if abnormal noise or overheating occurs.
5. Long-term Storage Maintenance
If the crusher stops working for over 15 days, fully clean all parts, coat anti-rust oil on blades and bearings, and cover the whole machine with waterproof cloth.
