Our plastic automatic feeding machine is developed and upgraded based on long-term on-site use feedback from plastic recycling and extrusion processing plants. With years of practical operation experience in Southeast Asian and European production lines, this equipment is specially built for the actual feeding difficulties of recycled plastic materials.

In daily plastic recycling production, washed plastic flakes, light PE and PP films are easy to cause material bridging, uneven discharging and manual feeding pressure. Our automatic feeding equipment effectively solves these common on-site problems, adapting to messy and complex raw material conditions in real workshop production.

We have matched three conventional specifications to adapt to different production scales and workshop layouts, with standardized overall structure and stable overall size and weight, convenient for on-site installation and layout.

The small-sized model is suitable for small recycling workshops with limited space; the medium-sized version strikes a balance between feeding capacity and floor area, meeting most conventional production lines; the large-size model is applied to large factories with continuous high-volume feeding demands.

The overall hopper structure is optimized according to the flow characteristics of waste plastics. The natural guiding design can smooth the discharging progress, reduce material accumulation and blockage, and improve the smoothness of raw material transportation. Equipped with internal stirring structure, it can disperse stacked light materials, keep uniform material output, and cooperate stably with extruders and subsequent processing equipment.

The internal conveying screw is designed to be replaceable and adaptable. It can cope with mixed materials in daily recycling, including soft plastic film materials and hard plastic granular materials. It is widely compatible with conventional recycled materials such as PE and PP, and can be directly connected to most existing plastic crushing, washing and granulating supporting lines.

The whole machine adopts conventional PLC simple control mode, with clear operation logic and low learning cost for front-line workers. Key daily wearing parts and cleaning parts are exposed for easy access, which is convenient for daily shutdown cleaning and regular maintenance, and reduces unnecessary production line stop time in peak processing seasons.

Adopting industrial-grade overall frame and matched standard supporting parts, the equipment adapts to long-time continuous startup in recycling plants. The overall operation is stable, suitable for long-term high-frequency industrial use.
