Plastic Screw Feeder

The Yuening Plastic Screw Feeder is built for automatic material handling in plastic recycling and extrusion lines. This vertical screw feeder moves plastic materials steadily, whether you're working with small pellets, loose flakes, or other common recycled plastic shapes. For PE, PP, and similar materials, it keeps feeding consistent so your production line can run without frequent interruptions.

The machine has a painted steel base for daily wear resistance and uses PLC controls for simple operation. The smallest model measures 600 × 600 × 1200 mm and weighs 150 kg, which is easy to place in most workshops. We also offer bigger sizes: 800 × 800 × 1400 mm at 200 kg, and 1000 × 1000 × 1500 mm at 350 kg, for factories that need higher feeding volume.

The hopper is shaped to let material flow naturally into the screw, which helps stop blockages and bridging that often happen in recycling work. There is also a small mixing bar inside the hopper to improve flow, so material enters the extruder evenly during operation.

Screws can be changed to match different material types, so this plastic screw feeder works with everything from soft film pieces to hard plastic pellets. It is commonly used on processing lines for PE, PP, and other recycled plastics.

Controls are simple enough for most workers to learn quickly. Parts are easy to reach for cleaning and basic upkeep, which helps keep downtime low during busy production periods.
