We designed this machine to handle PE/PP film, woven bags, and agricultural mulch film reliably, without the constant wrapping, jamming, and downtime that plagues many generic models. We built this unit with a thickened, reinforced frame to stand up to continuous use. The blades are fully detachable and made to be resharpened and reused multiple times, which helps keep your running costs down. The machine is also fully waterproof, so you can clean it directly with water without worrying about damage, keeping buildup under control and extending the life of key parts.

With a 15kW motor, it delivers a steady throughput of 400–500 kg/h. The single-shaft design keeps operation stable, while the balanced rotor cuts down on noise and vibration. It's simple to run and easy to maintain, with straightforward access to the cutting chamber for blade checks or changes. At 1150×550×900 mm, it's compact enough to fit into most line layouts without taking up too much floor space.
