Each unit is built with a reinforced frame and box thickness from 18mm to 30mm, so it holds up to non-stop, heavy-load work without warping or vibration. The heart of the machine is our 60S12Mn alloy blade set: smaller models (Type400/500) use 3 moving + 2 fixed blades for consistent small-batch crushing, while larger models (Type600/800/1000) come with 6 moving + 4 fixed blades to handle high-volume runs. All models run at a steady 800r/min, with rotor diameters from φ380 to φ550, balancing crushing power and energy use. Power ranges from 15kw to 75kw, with capacities from 400-500kg/h up to 2500-3000kg/h, so you only pay for the output you need. Larger models also add a hydraulic flipping box, letting you open the chamber without tools for quick blade changes or cleaning, cutting downtime and keeping your line moving.

The built-in screw dewatering conveyor is what sets this machine apart. As soon as plastic is crushed, the conveyor moves the flakes out while squeezing out excess moisture and surface dirt. That means you don't need a separate dewatering step, no extra labor to move material, and the flakes go straight to your washing, drying, or pelletizing line ready to use.
