Our Waste Plastic Bottle Crusher is built specially for hollow plastic products like PET bottles, drink containers, oil bottles, cosmetic bottles and industrial plastic cans. The machine turns bottles into even plastic flakes quickly, providing ideal material for washing, drying and pelletizing systems. It helps improve final granule quality and reduce your overall production cost.

We provide five practical models - Type400, Type500, Type600, Type800 and Type1000 - to fit different production scales, from small recycling stations to large industrial factories.

Every model uses a solid frame with box thickness from 18mm to 30mm, ensuring stable and long-lasting performance even under continuous working. All blades are made of 60S12Mn alloy steel for strong wear resistance. Smaller models use 3 moving blades and 2 fixed blades, while larger models come with 6 moving blades and 4 fixed blades to support higher output. All units run at 800r/min, with rotating diameter from φ380 to φ550, power from 15kW to 75kW, and processing capacity from 400–500kg/h up to 2500–3000kg/h. Type600, Type800 and Type1000 also include a hydraulic flipping box for easier maintenance, cleaning and blade replacement.
